Punchu and Me is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost or damaged after their  being shipped. If your order arrives damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you. USPS  cannot guarantee arrival dates. If your shipment does not arrive on time we do not offer any returns.
